You'll receive regular check-ins and support between sessions. Along with your training programs and nutrition guide, you'll have access to ongoing support via messenger to answer any queries and help you stay on track.
You’ll get access to our nutrition guide to fuel your workouts and boost recovery. We’ll track your progress, and I’ll provide feedback by reviewing your diet intake through My App. I’ll offer constructive weekly advice to help you continuously improve your eating habits and stay accountable for what you eat.
We'll set baseline data at the start of your program and review it regularly through progress reports, body measurements/assessments, and workout & nutrition records, providing feedback to track your improvements and adjust as needed.
Train in a fully private, one-to-one setting with two coaching options to suit your needs. Choose between a flexible pay-as-you-go pack or commit to a structured three-month plan for consistent progress and accountability.
