TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Agreement between client and Olivia Gray

Session Information

• Each personal training session lasts 60 minutes.

• Sessions must be paid in full before they begin.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer or in person.

• Late payments may result in paused sessions or loss of your regular time slot.

Direct Debit Packages

• All sessions within a direct debit package must be used within the same calendar month.

• Sessions cannot be rolled over or refunded.

• A minimum 3-month commitment is required before cancellation or refund eligibility.

• Payment is taken on or before the 1st of each month.

 Cancellations & Lateness

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancelling a session.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at the full session rate.

• If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and still charged in full.

• If you are late, the session will be shortened accordingly and charged in full.

 Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available for medical reasons and must be supported with documentation (e.g. GP letter).

• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or non-medical reasons.

Health Declaration

By beginning training, you confirm that:

• You are in good physical condition and fit to participate in exercise.

• You have consulted with a healthcare professional if needed.

• You agree to update Olivia Gray of any changes to your health that may affect your ability to train.

Media Consent

• You may be invited to appear in photos or videos for promotional or social media use.

• Participation is completely optional, and written consent will be obtained in advance.

Assumption of Risk

By taking part in personal training, you accept that:

• You are responsible for your own safety and participate at your own risk.

• This includes the use of gym equipment, outdoor spaces, and other training environments.

• You understand the risk of injury, illness, or property damage — even if resulting from negligence.

Waiver & Indemnity

• You release Olivia Gray and affiliates from all claims or legal actions related to injury, equipment use, facilities, or participation in training.

• You agree to indemnify Olivia Gray against any liability or costs incurred through your participation.

 Legal Agreement

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining sections will remain in effect.

• This agreement does not waive your rights in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Agreement to Terms

By signing up for personal training with Olivia Gray, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement forms part of your ongoing training relationship and must be accepted before any sessions take place.
